We offer half or full day team building events both at your location and at our state of the art 3000 sqft ballroom in Bicester Village.
We offer an enjoyable and laid-back day dedicated to learning dances and exploring cultures from various corners of the globe. Beyond enhancing our clients' appreciation for diverse global cultures, our program also contributes to the improvement of their teamwork and presentation abilities.
The day concludes with each team delivering a presentation that highlights the history and culture of their selected dance. The team's spokesperson begins with a brief pitch about the dance, followed by the remaining two members showcasing their newly acquired dance skills to the group.
Culminating in a judging session reminiscent of Strictly, complete with a leaderboard, this ensures a remarkably warm and entertaining day, fostering the establishment of strong foundational bonds within the team.
